2-MOQ  as per mention qty. on  website with each  model BUT MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT USD 200 OR INR 5000.

3- ORDER PROCESS TIME 5 DAYS AFTER RECD. THE PAYMENT.

4- SHIPPING TIME 6 DAYS THROUGH DHL , UPS , TNT,  COURRIER.

 SHIPPING COST WILL BE CALCULATED BY WEB SYSTEM AUTOMETICALLY AFTER FILLING THE  SHIPPING ADDRESS DETAIL DURING THE ORDER PROCESS IN LAST AFTER CHECK OUT THE SHOPPING CART.

Our product guarantee is very simple. If we ever ship a product that doesn't meet your expectations, we'll either issue a refund or arrange for a replacement at no cost to you. Refunds are issued at the discretion of management and will be paid only by company.

Minimum order Quantities

We have no MOQ for AVAILABLE designs but minimum order amount USD 100 to 200 as per country or INR 5000 for INDIA. MOQ 50 pcs each designs for non available designs for new order and  Please note that all prices are shown in United States Dollars and INR

Sample Orders

If you're a first-time customer, you can place a assorted sample order to evaluate the quality of our products. We do not have a minimum order quantity for samples per product (you can order 1 piece), but we do have a minimum order samples amount (merchandise, not including shipping) of $200.00.

Custom Designs

In addition to the designs shown on our website, we also make a wide range of custom jewelry for our customers. If you would like us to prepare a quotation for manufacturing a custom design based on your photograph, drawing, or specification, just email us at rawathandicrafts@yahoo.in  and we'll take it from there.

Lead-time to Ship

We begin manufacturing your order as soon as we receive your advance payment. The length of time before an order is ready to ship depends on the size of the order and the number of pieces per product. We often can ship small orders from stock, but large orders can take as long as 4 weeks to manufacture. To avoid disappointment, please assume that it will be approximately 3 weeks before your order is ready to ship. We will advise you of the expected shipping date within a day or two after we receive your payment.

We offer two payment methods:

Bank Transfer - We maintain bank accounts in the PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK can receive SWIFT transfers. If you choose this method, we'll send you full information as soon as we receive your order.
