Else,if the matter still doesn't gets resolved by communication,then you can return the item to get 100% refund or a replacement for your item(s).
The item(s) must be shipped back in original condition within 7 days of reciept,& we must get it within 30 days of order date in order to process the refund.
The refund will be issued as soon as we get our item back.
We don't charge any re-stocking fees for our items.
